CANCELLATION POLICY | SERVICES

At The Clinic USA, We schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen by our providers for the service they desire. Our schedule also fills up quite fast. That is why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us and arrive on time. As a courtesy to all of our patients and providers at The Clinic USA, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  No - Shows will not be tolerated and you will be charged the full amount of your service.

 

Example; lip procedure is $850, you will be charged the full $850 should you no show to your appointment. However, We do understand that "life happens". If you must cancel under 24 hours, please notify us via email: learn@theclinic.us or call/text: 786 635-9011. 

 

If you no-show the fee will be charged.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY | COURSES

 

Any services such as courses (private or group) purchased from www.theclinic.us are non-refundable.  If a course is purchased by a prospective student for a specific date but that date needs to be postponed to a later date, all funds from purchase will go towards the course at that later date.  No additional fees will be accrued by student.  

Any schedule changes for courses must be requested at least 72 hours prior to course date.

Any Items purchased from www.theclinic.us  will be accepted for store credit only, if returned within 14 days of purchase.

   

All sale items are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable. This includes any items purchased with a discount or promo code. 

      

*You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s)

Any deposits made for service or model bookings are refundable if bookings are cancelled within a 24-hour window prior to service.  For further information on cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy.

 

Conditions

Items being returned must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It (they) must also be in the original packaging, with all original tags attached.

*We reserve the right to deny anyone of a return if the conditions above are not met.
